How it works

How the investment works.

We source, renovate, and operate income-generating properties across the Czech Republic. You invest for a regular monthly payout of interest income; your investment takes the form of a corporate bond issued by Bricks Funding a.s., backed by a portfolio of property companies.

How the investment is structured

Where your money goes and how the return is paid out.

Monthly interest payoutRental income → Bricks Funding → your bank account, every month. The interest income is subject to 15 % withholding tax; principal is repaid at maturity.
Why a Czech issuerYou deal directly with Bricks Funding a.s., an issuer registered in the Czech Republic. No offshore.
Why project companiesEach property is owned by a project company from the issuer's group, so your investment is kept separate from the group's other business.
Why a real portfolioThe issuer really owns and operates the properties. The rent funds the income payments and the portfolio's value stands behind repayment.
