The controller of personal data processed through cookies is Bricks Funding a.s., Company ID (IČO) 23960531, with its registered office at Komořanská 2428/17, Modřany, 143 00 Prague 4, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. B 30105.

3. Legal framework
We store necessary (technical) cookies on the basis of the exemption under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, as they are necessary for the provision of the service you use on the website.
We store analytics and other non-technical cookies only with your prior consent under the same provision. The subsequent processing of personal data obtained through these cookies is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Providing data through cookies is voluntary. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place on the basis of cookie data.

Necessary for the website to function. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to your actions (choosing preferences, filling in a form, switching the language).

5. Transfers of data outside the EU
The analytics-tool providers are Google Ireland Ltd. and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., based in the EU. During processing, data may be transferred to the USA within the Google and Microsoft groups; both parent companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which, according to the European Commission's decision, ensures an adequate level of protection. 6. Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If necessary cookies are disabled, the website may not function correctly.
