Corporate bond
Your investment takes the form of a corporate bond issued by Bricks Funding a.s. under the Czech Bonds Act (zákon č. 190/2004 Sb.).
Project company that owns the property
Each property is owned by a separate company controlled by the issuer, ring-fencing the investment from the rest of the business.
Backed by a portfolio of property companies
The bonds are unsecured. They are backed by the issuer's portfolio of property companies and repaid from rental income, refinancing or the sale of properties.
