Since 2018 we have been sourcing, renovating, and managing residential properties across the Czech Republic. Through our investment platform we let both small and larger investors share in the returns of our projects via corporate bonds. The bond is backed by our whole portfolio of property companies – not a single building – so your exposure is spread across every asset. Total issuance is kept within ~70 % LTV of the portfolio's value.
