Our business is built on specific Czech buildings owned and operated by our group. No risky development schemes, no speculative purchases.
Conservative underwriting.
The bond is backed by our whole portfolio of property companies – not a single building – so your exposure is spread across every asset. The issuer expects that for at least 12 months before the bonds mature the ratio of the debt of the issuer and its subsidiaries to the market value of their properties (LTV) will not exceed 75 %. This is not an obligation of the issuer.
